If you require assistance in operating the OpenEMM, you can instruct a user training course. The costs depend on the amount of training required and will be agreed with you. In case of an on-site training, travel and accommodation costs may be incurred.

Of course, you will receive an offer for the requested service in advance.

(pro rata hours will be rounded up to the next hale hour, the hourly rate depends on the type of service)

You would like to use the OpenEMM, but need support in setting up the system? No problem, we support you with the following setup services:

• Installation from 760 € (on customer provided hardware)
• Configuration from 760 € (based on your requirements)
• Project management from 380 €

If you like, we will not only give you support, but also take care of certain jobs for you so you can get started with your OpenEMM right away. These optional services include:

• Initial import of recipient data from 700 €
  (including creation of database fields, mailing lists, data reconciliation and cleanup)
• Development of text and HTML templates from 2,800 €
  (incl. presentation analysis and responsive design)
• Subscription & unsubscription scenario for permission management from 1,400 €

Benefit from improved delivery rates, through an independent mail server white-listed by AGNITAS. The mail server is used exclusively by you for sending and there are no cross influences on your reputation. Ask for your individual equipment.

Provision and setup from 2,100 € per server
plus monthly hosting flat rate, shipping costs (depending on volume), processing fees for spam complaints

With the new version OpenEMM 23.10, AGNITAS as developer of OpenEMM offers additional commercial modules for the first time, such as

• the e-mail creator with layout builder and media pool for module-based mailing creation via drag & drop
• an HTML interface for the automated filling of content modules in mailings (e.g. via CMS)
• a module for automated data import and export for data exchange with external systems such as CRM, ERP, online stores, etc.
• extended functionality for the SOAP and RESTful web services in order to be able to move large amounts of data and address the additional OpenEMM Plus functionality
• a webhooks API to inform third-party systems about the reactions of e-mail recipients to the e-mails sent
• an SMTP interface to receive and refine emails from legacy systems (display, bounce management, link tracking, etc.)
• an extended client configuration for approx. 30 individual configurations for data protection, data security and other default settings

The modules range in price from €500 to €2,500 as a one-time license fee (depending on their type and number).

If you want to use the full scope of the E-Marketing Manager, then we recommend an upgrade to the EMM SaaS or EMM Inhouse. You’ll benefit from additional components such as campaign manager, multi-client capability, cross-media (Web Push, Facebook Messenger, SMS, fax, print), personalized PDFs, shop measurement, extensive statistics and much more. The E-Marketing Manager supports multi-server operation for scalability of the mailing performance.
